For my birthday, I dragged people out shopping since I don't do that much. I got cute new bras and a few new shirts because I desperately need new clothes. I got to have Cold Stone and Panda for dinner and then 'Isha and I watched our new Holic collection. <3 All in all it was a great day with lots of squishiness from everyone. <3

OKAY! PLANS FOR SATURDAY FOR MY BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR EVERYBODY! I get off work at 5:30 that day, so I was thinking maybe we could all meet at the Cinebarre in Mountlake Terrace for the 6:30 showing of Avatar. I know probably everyone's seen it already T.T but I haven't and I really want to. And I've wanted to go to the Cinebarre for a while. For those of you who don't mind coming back to our place afterward, there will be Clod Stone cake for the having and it will be delicious. And people can hang out if they want. What does everyone think? Sound cool? We could probably do the 7pm one instead of that would work better for people. Lemme know!

So yeah, I've actually been home since very late Saturday night, but I was busy on Sunday again and then had to get used to work again on Monday and yesterday. Bleeeeeh. Had a day off today, but I used it to try and clean our bathroom and vacuum. We have to get the house cleaned up so we can has Christmas tree and finally put up our shrine (I've been missing it T.T).

Quick summary of the rest of the trip and Sunday:

God, I still have a lot to get caught up on. I still need to make a post about all the crap I missed during November (like I never wrote about our Halloween party or how NaNo went or the SYTYCD tour show - though I did tweet about that XD).

For now though, I'm just gonna bask in the glow of the end of season six of SYTYCD. I liked season five better, but I'm so insanely happy for Russell. ^___^

Another day at Universal tomorrow and we're gonna go see The Princess and the Frog with wabisuke! And then we're headed home. I don't wanna go back to work, but I miss my kitties. Bleh. XD I have presents for people too!

Something incredibly dorky that happened the other day:

Me: *driving chiba_yuriko home from work*
Zillions of crows: *flying home to roost*
Me: Holy crap crows everywhere.
Crows: *fly dramatically*
Me: >.> *reaches over and turns up the CD player, because it happens to be playing Tori no Uta*
'Isha: ... you are such a dork.

So, I know I promised a longer entry, but my life hasn't slowed down enough since NaNo ended. And, apparently, I am a giant douchmonkey and I forgot to tell just about everyone that I was going on vacation with 'Isha's family to Anaheim this week.

Er, yeah. I am, in fact, in Los Angeles right this minute ^.^;

So yeah, I don't know if various California peeps will be in the area, but if you are, we'd love to get together. We'll be doing a lot of family stuff but there will be times when we're free. You can reach me by any means, because I have my phone and it has full internets.

So I'll be blogging from Anaheim the next week or so. I can't wait! I've never been to Disneyland around Christmas time and I've never been to Universal Studios at all. Lots of new stuffs for this trip! I might be posting video too so keep an eye out for it.

Oh my god, oh my god, I am so sorry for disappearing! I've been doing NaNo again this year like I mentioned before, and I've been really absorbed in it, but not in the same way I was last year. This year has been a struggle, and while I've been consistently catching up every time, I have been falling behind. There's been so much going on and I have so much to write about. I think I burned myself out tonight though. Family issues and such. They say the second week is the hardest, but I think the third week is going to be my challenge this time. As of tonight, I'm behind again, but I hope if I can rest my brain tonight, I'll be able to start fresh tomorrow and maybe even get ahead. I'll be starting a new chapter too! <3

Anyway, I probably won't be writing much in here this month because NaNo's been driving me so crazy, which sucks because I have a ton of things to write about, but hopefully I'll be back with an actual update soon.

For now, I'm going to go kill my brain with internet for a while.

I find it really hilarious that Pacifica actually has a strategy for getting me out of bed that I can't ignore.

First, she walks all over me. If that doesn't work, she walks up by my head, meows in my face with her morning breath, then proceeds to lay on the top of my pillow. Once she's positioned herself, she then oozes out to fill up the entire pillow and gradually pushes my head off of it, so I no longer have a pillow. This makes my neck hurt, and then I have no choice but to sit up.

Insidious, that.

Huh. I haven't done my yearly intro to NaNo yet. I should really get on that. XD

Damnit, I really want to roleplay Watanuki somewhere. I haven't been able to get that thought out of my head for a while. He's just such an interesting character and I think I do all right with him in private RP. It might be worth trying.

Not much else going on right now. Gearing up for Halloween and that's about it. Really looking forward to it though! <3
